The freezing point is as low as -13 °C in pure form and can be reduced to below -40 °C when mixed with water. It is the main component of automotive antifreeze.

Solvent and thinner for printing ink, industrial cleaning agent, coating, printing and dyeing etc.; As electrolytic capacitor electrolyte, making chemical fiber dyes and so on.
Storage Environment:
Store in a closed container; avoid light and high temperatures (recommended temperature ≤ 30 °C).
The storage area should be fireproof, moisture-proof, and isolated from strong oxidants.
Maintain good ventilation to prevent vapor accumulation.
Shelf Life:
Under unopened conditions, the shelf life is 24 months.
Transportation Requirements:
Transport as general chemicals, avoiding strong vibrations and high-temperature exposure.
In some countries, the "hygroscopic liquid" label is required, and shipping must comply with IMDG regulations.

Toxicity Warning
Glycol is toxic to the central nervous system and kidneys. Direct contact or ingestion is strictly prohibited.
Operational Protection
Wear chemical-resistant gloves, goggles, and a gas mask. The operating area should be equipped with eyewash and emergency shower facilities.
Leakage Treatment
Cover the spill with sand or inert absorbent material, then collect and dispose. Rinse the contaminated area with a large amount of water.
Waste Management
Waste must be handled by a certified organization in accordance with hazardous chemical disposal regulations.
