Founding Background (2009)

Dongguan Weiqi Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009. At that time, China's chemical industry was experiencing rapid development, and the demand for various chemical products across all sectors was growing increasingly. The founders of the company, who had extensive experience in the chemical field, recognized the potential of providing high - quality, customized chemical solutions. Thus, they established the company in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. Qiaotou Town boasts a vibrant industrial ecosystem and convenient transportation conditions, which are conducive to the procurement of raw materials and the sales and distribution of products.

 

Initial Stage: Product R & D and Market Penetration (2009 - 2014)

In the first five years, the company focused on enhancing its R & D capabilities. It recruited a group of professional chemists to develop core products such as phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, white spirit, titanium dioxide, soda ash, and sodium carbonate. Meanwhile, the sales team began to explore the market, with the main target customers being local manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region. By participating in local industry exhibitions and trade negotiations, the company gradually increased its brand awareness and established initial business relationships.

 

Product Line Expansion and Business Scale Enlargement (2015 - 2020)

As the company gained a firm foothold in the market, it expanded its product line. New products such as environmental pollution treatment agents, metal surface treatment agents, and release agents were added. To meet the growing market demand, the company expanded its production facilities, introduced advanced production equipment, and optimized the production process. Key Products for Agriculture and Water Treatment

Phosphoric Acid

 

Content: 85%. As a key raw material for manufacturing phosphate fertilizers in agriculture, it promotes robust crop growth and increases yields. It is also widely used in chemical production to manufacture phosphates, detergents, etc., and serves as an anti-rust agent in metal surface treatment. Packaged in polyethylene plastic barrels or glass bottles; for bulk transportation, stainless steel tank trucks are used to ensure transportation safety and product quality.

Polyaluminium Chloride (PAC)

 

Content: 26%. As a common water treatment flocculant, it effectively removes suspended solids, colloids, and other impurities from drinking water, industrial water, and sewage, supporting water resource purification globally. Packaged in plastic woven bags with inner plastic linings or ton bags to meet different scale requirements.

Composite Alkali (Calcium Oxide & Calcium Hydroxide)

 

Content: 96%. Mainly used in wastewater treatment to precisely adjust pH values and remove heavy metal ions. It also serves as an excellent desulfurizer in flue gas desulfurization, contributing to environmental protection. Packaged in plastic woven bags with inner plastic linings for convenient transportation and use.

Sulfuric Acid

 

Content: 98%. An essential basic chemical raw material, it is indispensable for manufacturing fertilizers (e.g., ammonium sulfate, superphosphate) to support agricultural productivity. In petroleum refining, it refines oil to improve quality; in metal processing, it pickles metals to enhance performance. Concentrated sulfuric acid is packed in glass bottles or ceramic jars with wooden cases; bulk transportation uses tank trucks or ships. Dilute sulfuric acid is packed in plastic barrels or ceramic jars for safe delivery.

Hydrochloric Acid

 

Content: 31%. Used in chemical production to prepare chlorides, it is fundamental to numerous chemical reactions. In metal processing, it pickles steel to remove rust and improve quality. In the food industry, it hydrolyzes starch to produce glucose, and it also has applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Packaged in ceramic jars or plastic barrels; bulk transportation uses ceramic, plastic, or FRP tank trucks.

Sodium Hydroxide

 

Content: 99%. In papermaking, it cooks pulp to enhance paper quality; in textiles, it desizes and scours cotton to make fabrics softer. In chemical production, it is a key raw material for soaps, detergents, and organic chemicals; in water treatment, it adjusts pH effectively. Packaged in iron or plastic barrels to ensure stability and safety.

Cyclohexanone

 

As a vital chemical raw material, it serves as a key intermediate in synthesizing caprolactam (raw material for nylon 6) and adipic acid (raw material for nylon 66), supporting the development of local industrial chains. As a solvent, it is widely used in coatings, inks, rubber, etc., to enhance product performance.

Ethyl Acetate

 

With excellent solubility and fast-drying properties, it is widely used as a premium solvent in coatings, inks, adhesives, etc., improving coating performance and drying speed. Essentials for Disinfection and Dyeing

Hydrogen Peroxide Solution

 

Content: >8%. Medically, it is a common disinfectant for health protection. In textiles, it bleaches fabrics to enhance color brightness. In chemical production, it acts as an oxidant and cyclo-oxidant; in environmental protection, it degrades organic matter in wastewater. Packaged in polyethylene plastic or aluminum barrels, labeled as "corrosive" and "oxidizer".

Sodium Hypochlorite

 

Content: >5%. A common disinfectant for drinking water and swimming pools to ensure public water safety. In papermaking and textiles, it bleaches pulp and fabrics. In sewage treatment, it acts as an oxidant-reductant to remove ammonia nitrogen and other pollutants. Typically packed in plastic barrels.
